Price printing from the shop’s own rules
The owner configures price methods, sizes, media, colour, duplex rules and other options. The counter user chooses the job details and GAINVO calculates from the saved configuration.
Scanning is its own service
Record document size/type, number of pages or sides, output format and handover method without storing the customer’s private scanned file inside GAINVO.
Binding and lamination work with or without printing
Add them as finishing on a print job or sell them independently when the customer brings existing pages or documents.
Consumables can follow completed work
Where configured, binding coils, lamination pouches or printing material can connect to tracked stock so the service revenue and material movement tell a more complete story.

Can I sell only lamination without printing?
Yes. Lamination can be configured and sold as a standalone Printing & Copy service.
Can scanning be priced per page?
Yes. The scanning service can use a per-page or per-side rate with document-size and output details.
Can a configured printing job appear on an invoice?
Yes. The same configurable service calculator is available in supported customer documents, so the job does not have to be manually re-priced.
Does GAINVO store scanned customer documents?
No. The scanning workflow records commercial job details, not the customer’s scanned document content.
